Professionals on Demand, LLC will absolutely guarantee our results. Beyond a pro-rata refund during the first three months; we offer free replacement services as follows:

• We offer a 3 month guarantee for base salaries under $65,000 on contingent searches and 6 months for retained searches.
• At salary levels above $65,000 and up to $100,000 we offer a full one year guarantee whether contingent or retained.
• For all searches above $100,000 base salary we offer a full one year guarantee; however, if allowed to implement a fee-based Professionals On Demand, LLC Exclusive On-Boarding Process we can offer a guarantee up to 2 years.
