Tim Nieman
Founder & Principal
Staffing Industry Experience
Mr. Nieman has an extensive and successful 25-year career in the Staffing and Search industry before joining
Professionals on Demand.
Most recently, Nieman was Vice President at Employbridge, a privately held national staffing firm based in Atlanta
and is in the industry’s top 10 staffing companies based on revenue. Nieman was responsible for helping to create and
lead Employbridge’s office growth strategy, while simultaneously reducing non producing offices and reducing
operating costs through his "virtual offices processes."
Prior to Employbridge, Nieman was Senior Vice President at Spherion, and while there, helped form Enthusian, a
Spherion joint venture responsible for Human Resource Outsourcing and Vendor Management Services.
Before Spherion, Mr. Nieman worked for Norrell Services.
Over his career, Nieman has often led the sale and services support to major accounts in a variety of industries for
such clients as AOL, Deutsche Bank, UPS, ATT, Federal Express, Menlo Logistics, MCI, Honda Finance, Bellsouth, C.R.
Bard, Bridgestone Tire, SunTrust, Intuit, GATX, and many other Fortune 500 companies.
Under Mr. Nieman’s leadership, his teams have been recognized formally for Branch of the Year, Area of the Year,
Region of the Year and he has personally been recognized as Region Service Manager of the Year, named to the Circle
of Excellence, awarded the President’s Cup on exceptional results as well as many other peer recognition nominations
and awards.
Nieman has been a presenter at several staffing industry conferences and Held formal roles within S.H.R.M. and
A.R.M.A.
Life Experience
Mr. Nieman is a past member of the Rotary Club and sourced the Downtown Ambassador Group in time for the
Olympics (pro-bono) for the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He has contributed to various other civic and charitable
organizations.
While living in Atlanta since 1989, he is originally from Memphis, Tennessee and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration from the University of Memphis
Lisa Begley

Lisa has more than 20 years of market development experience in identifying strategic avenues that have strengthened new and existing business initiatives for healthcare related organizations ranging from $0M to $60B in annual gross revenue. Her specialty has been as a sourcing and sales expert for Medical Device Executives, Sales and Management Professionals. She holds an MBA from Northern Kentucky University.
Rick Brady
Pharmaceutical Sales Outsourcing Specialist
Rick has been a successful consultant to Fortune 100, midsize and small organizations. He works best where a company's growth andsuccess is dependent on a strong operational sense, P&L orientation and human capital leadership. Rick is adept in creating strategic vision, identifying and developing talent, managing and aligning teams, and implementing processes and metrics that deliver meaningful business results.
Rick has designed and led national staffing initiatives to support new product introductions resulting in 600 pharmaceutical sales professionals hired in three months; project completed on schedule and under budget. Rick also led a team that created first Pan-European job board, bridging cultural distinctions across 7 countries and in 7 languages, increasing candidate pipeline by over 500%.
